DUBOIS – The DuBois Business College (DBC) has announced the appointment of Cindy Foster as the director of the Oil City campus.
As director, Foster will oversee the day-to-day affairs and management of the Oil City campus. Foster has been a part of the DBC staff since April of 2014.
She had worked for Integra Bank and then in May of 1996, enrolled in DuBois Business College at the Oil City campus. She was in the second graduating class at DBC Oil City, achieving the honor’s list for all terms and graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Since graduating from DuBois Business College, Foster was an office manager at Donovan & Bauer Auto Group in Titusville. She has also worked as an office manager at 4NÂ Corp. in Seneca and at Seneca Printing Express in Franklin.
Foster currently volunteers at the Barrow Theatre in Franklin. She also holds a certificate from American Institute of Bankers and is a recipient of the First Place Award in the Consumer Lending Course. She has four children and lives in Franklin with her husband, Terry Foster.
