Caroline B. Moyer, 86, of Clearfield died Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Clearfield Penn Highlands.
She was born Sept. 4, 1927, a daughter of the late Harold S. and Nellie (Irwin) Maney. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time raising her family.
She’s survived by three children, Larry Moyer and his wife, Kate, James Moyer and his wife, Michele and Lori Smith and her husband, Dan, all of Clearfield.
She’s survived by four grandchildren, Jessica Rowles and her husband, Cory, Michael Moyer, Aaron Williams and his wife, Nikki and Allison Cossick and her husband, Thomas and six great-grandchildren.
She’s also survived by two brothers, Harold Maney of Maine and Harry ‘Kenny’ Maney of DuBois; five sisters, Arvilla Hagen of Janesville, Jane Kasunic of Ohio, Sharon Kowalcyk of Bigler, Charlotte Best of Curwensville and Penny Best of Clearfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence E. Moyer; two sisters, Betty Merritt and Georgia Smith; and two brothers, James and Jackie Maney.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, with Dr. Duane A. White officiating. Burial will follow in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Friday at the funeral home.
