PHILIPSBURG – With the upcoming July 4 holiday, the state police at Philipsburg would like to remind motorists of Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
Motorists are required to pass in a lane that’s not adjacent to an emergency response area if possible. If it’s not possible, illegal or unsafe, motorists should pass the emergency response area at a careful and prudent reduced speed.
Additionally, state police would like to remind motorists to lock their vehicles and residences. This, state police said, will help prevent them from becoming a victim of theft.
