HOUTZDALE – Central Pennsylvania Community Action (CPCA) will hold a yard sale on June 20 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Houtzdale Family Service Center.
The Houtzdale Family Service Center is located at 40 Terrace Dr., Houtzdale, which is the Old Woodward School Building. Proceeds will go toward the cost of operating the Houtzdale Congregate Meal Program.
The Congregate Meal Program serves seniors and disabled persons a well-balanced lunchtime meal four days per week. It is a well-received program in the community in not only serving nutritious meals to residents, but also providing wonderful social interaction.
The yard sale will have a selection of books, puzzles, toys, furniture, videos and more. Also available that day will be a hot dog, chips and drink combo for only $2.50.
