CLEARFIELD – Residents of the 74th and 75th districts are invited to attend a legislative after-hours event hosted by State Reps. Matt Gabler (R-Clearfield/Elk) and Tommy Sankey (R-Clearfield) on May 29, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., at Founders Hall on the Lock Haven University Clearfield campus.
“We’re teaming up with the Clearfield and DuBois Chambers of Commerce to host this event,” Gabler said. “It’s an opportunity for us to offer an update on key state government issues, as well as supply answers to any legislative questions those in attendance might have.”
“We will also be celebrating a milestone for the campus,” added Sankey. “Lock Haven University Clearfield has been providing a quality education at an affordable price for 25 years, and we are taking a moment to recognize the university for its contribution to the community.”
Light refreshments will be served. As a result, the representatives are asking anyone planning to attend to RSVP to one of their district offices as soon as possible. Gabler’s DuBois office may be reached by calling 814- 375-4688, while Sankey’s Clearfield district office may be contacted by calling 814-765-0609.
