- An incident of harassment occurred Sunday on East Spruce Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, three people engaged in a physical and verbal altercation. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
- An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred Sunday on Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone removed medication and an Access card from the victim’s unlocked vehicle.
