Susan R. Raspatello, 86, Treasure Lake, DuBois, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Christ the King Manor.
Born Dec. 23, 1927 in Brockway, she was the daughter of the late Patsy and Grace (Parulo) Paladino.
On May 7, 1949, she married Anthony M. Raspatello. He survives.
She was a homemaker and a self-employed seamstress for many years. She also had worked for 18 years at the Elk County Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She’s survived by two children, Cynthia M. Feustel and her husband, Mark of Colorado Springs, Colo. and Michael D. Raspatello and his wife, Cathleen of Placida, Fla.; a brother, Patsy Paladino of Florida; two sisters, Yeola Sekula of DuBois and Jennie Botts of Raleigh, NC; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Dan, Albert, Angelo and Tony Paladino and one sister, Carmella Bruno.
Friends will be received from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. Monday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. Monday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home with Fr. Daniel Kresinski officiating.
Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.
