CLEARFIELD – Sheriff Wes Thurston has announced his office will be open until 8 p.m. May 7 and May 21 to provide applicants more time to obtain their license to carry permits.
Only applicants who have been notified by postcard of their permit approval will be able to obtain their permit during the extended office hours.
Applicants must use the Second Street entrance to the Courthouse. A security guard will provide applicants with access to the sheriff’s office.
