REYNOLDSVILLE – A Brockway couple has been jailed after police found items associated with the production of methamphetamine in their vehicle on Wednesday, reported the state police at DuBois.
Reynoldsville Borough police located a disabled vehicle at the Uni-Mart store on Main Street in Reynoldsville. Further, police observed paraphernalia inside the vehicle and obtained consent to search it.
Upon searching the vehicle, police found items associated with a methamphetamine lab. Police subsequently contacted the Pennsylvania State Police Clandestine Lab Team and requested that it respond to the scene.
A search of the vehicle, state police said, revealed two, “one-pot” methamphetamine labs. It also revealed numerous other items related to a methamphetamine lab and drug-related paraphernalia.
As a result, both Jeffrey Scott Kline Jr., 32, and Jessica Lynn Kline, 26, both of Brockway, were taken into custody and transported to the Jefferson County Jail. The investigation is continuing at this time, state police said.
