Anthony Joseph “Stony” Demkovitch, 71, of Clearfield died Saturday, April 5, 2014 in Clearfield.
Born Aug. 15, 1942, he was the son of Joseph and Louise (Quinn) Demkovitch. He was a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Clearfield.
He worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a bridge inspector and retired after 34 years of service.
He is survived by two sons, Sean Demkovitch and his wife, Holly of Clearfield and Scott Demkovitch of Kentucky, five grandchildren and a sister, Barbara Dixon of Clearfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Shannon Meyers.
At the request of Mr. Demkovitch, there will be no public services or viewing. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
