Richard L. Mann Sr., 62, of Osceola Mills died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at his home.
He was the son of the late Bernard and Mary (Supenia) Mann born July 29, 1951 in Philipsburg.
Mr. Mann was of the Christian faith. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW Post 5020 in Osceola Mills, the Amvets Post 159 in Philipsburg, the L.O.O. Moose 154 in Osceola Mills and the Osceola Mills Honor Guard.
He was a service manager for W.W. Engine Supply in Milesburg. He was a 1969 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola High School.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald L. Mann.
Mr. Mann is survived by a daughter, Carrie Travaglino and her husband, Nicholas J. of Pittsburgh; a son, Richard L. Mann Jr. and his wife, Kristie of Osceola Mills; four brothers, Bernard J. Mann and his wife, Janet, Thomas J. Mann and his wife, Dorothy and Jeffrey J. Mann, all of Osceola Mills, and Donald C. Mann of Norfolk, Va.; and three grandchildren, Madison Travaglino, Vin Travaglino and Jordan Mann.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills, with Pastor Jennifer C. Heikes officiating.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of the funeral service at the funeral home.
Military honors will be accorded by the Osceola Mills Honor Guard at the funeral home.
