CLEARFIELD – State Rep. Tommy Sankey (R-Clearfield) is conducting a concealed carry permit seminar on March 15, at 10 a.m. Grice’s Gun Shop, 216 Reed St., Clearfield, is hosting the event.
“The number of people obtaining concealed carry permits is on the rise,” said Sankey. “This is an opportunity for both current and prospective permit holders to learn the rights and responsibilities associated with concealed carry.”
Scheduled speakers for the seminar include Clearfield County Sheriff Wes Thurston, National Rifle Association instructor Bill Marsh and attorney John Sobel. All will be available to answer individual questions as well.
“We have some great speakers lined up to discuss the topic, separate fact from fiction and answer individual questions,” Sankey added.
