DUBOIS – A fire devoured the DuBois Country Club after starting at approximately 2 a.m. Monday at 10 Lakeside Ave., DuBois.
Upon arrival fire crews encountered a “heavy” structure fire. Fire crews, however, were evacuated prior to the roof’s collapse, said fire officials.
According to fire officials, there was reportedly a water main break. This may have affected available water pressure, said fire officials, who added units used the Tannery Dam as an additional water source.
Additional fire units were called in from West Sandy and Oklahoma fire departments.
