STATE COLLEGE – American Red Cross volunteers opened a Warming Center at 11 a.m. for those impacted by this morning’s multi-car accident caused by ice on Interstate 80 in Clearfield County.
The Warming Center is located at Gethsemane United Methodist Church, 369 Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale, PA 16858. The church is located off exit 133 on I-80.
