Patricia J. Kohlenberg, 52, of DuBois died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014 at her home.
Born Aug. 30, 1961 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Toughill) McCreery.
On Feb. 17, 1980, she married Carl H. “Buddy” Kohlenberg, III. He survives.
She worked at the DuBois Village as a care companion. Prior to that, she worked at Christ the King Manor.
She’s survived by her four children, Jennifer Trader and her husband, David, of Morgantown, W.Va., Mary Kohlenberg of DuBois, Carl H. Kohlenberg IV and Rebecca Davis and her husband, Jon, all of Sykesville; her twin sister, Terry Cruz; her sister, Karen McCreery; and four brothers, Kevin, Shane, Mike and Jack McCreery; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
There will be no public visitation.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12 p.m. Sunday at the Sykesville Social Hall, 200 Liberty St., Sykesville, PA 15865.
