State police at Clearfield
- An incident of harassment occurred Tuesday on Beaver Lane in Decatur Township. During the incident, a 40-year-old Osceola Mills man allegedly threatened to cause the victim bodily harm after an argument. Charges of harassment were filed against him through the district court.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime Tuesday or Wednesday in the parking lot of the Walker Township Building. During the incident, a known 22-year-old Mingoville man allegedly damaged the passenger’s side mirror on the victim’s 2010 Nissan truck. Damage is estimated at $200. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
- On Wednesday, state police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by a 29-year-old Clearfield man, Kevin J. Beish Jr., on state Route 53 near the Sanborn intersection in Decatur Township. However, he escalated down the roadway at a high rate of speed for approximately one mile before crashing his vehicle into a guiderail and trees. After crashing his vehicle, he fled on foot. State police apprehended him in a wooded, swamp area. Charges were filed against Beish for fleeing and eluding and several traffic violations.
 State police at Philipsburg
- A DUI-related accident occurred Wednesday on U.S. Route 322 near Fairway Drive in Rush Township. Further, a 60-year-old Altoona man was traveling west when he lost control of his vehicle. It started to spin in a clockwise direction and exited the north berm of the roadway. After that, it overturned due to the uneven roadside and came to a final rest on its left side. The man had to be assisted with exiting the vehicle. At the scene, he was treated for superficial cuts on both hands; he refused any further treatment. The man was transported to the Mount Nittany Medical Center for suspected DUI. The investigation is continuing at this time.

- Police received a report about an Internet scam. Further, someone sent an e-mail and claimed to be from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

- Police assisted a motorist with unlocking their vehicle.
- Police responded to a psychological emergency on Powell Avenue. The incident was listed as unfounded.
