James R. Brown, 51, of Morrisdale died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 at the Altoona Hospital. Born April 10, 1962 in Huntington Station, Long Island, NY, he was the son of the late James B. and Virginia C. Freedell Brown.
He’s survived by two daughters, Trixie Brown and Cheyenne Brown, both of Winburne; two sisters, Barb Crain of Bowling Green, KY and Virginia Frank of Munson; two brothers, Michael Brown of Grassflat and Tony Brown of Scranton; and two grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Brown was preceded in death by a daughter, Chelsie Brown.
A funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. There will not be any public visitation.
