Ronald L. Snyder Sr., 68, of Coalport died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013 at his home.
He was the son of the late Paul J. and Irene (Nelson) Snyder born Jan. 1, 1945 in Clearfield. He was of Protestant faith.
Mr. Snyder was a retired logger, and a 1962 graduate from Curwensville Area High School in Curwensville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one nephew and one great-granddaughter.
Mr. Snyder is survived by his companion Enna Swope of Coalport; a daughter, Sherry Lynn McNeal of Buffalo, WV: a son, Ronald L. Snyder Jr. and his wife, Karin of Germany; three brothers, Paul L. Snyder and his wife, Shirley of (O’Shanter) Clearfield, James A. Snyder of Benson, AZ, and Gary W. Snyder and his wife, Charlene of Osceola Mills; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at the Thompson Cemetery in Glen Richey.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
There will be no visitation.
