William D. “Danny” Roush Sr., 67, of Falls Creek died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.
Born June 7, 1946, he was the son of the late William S. and Irene G. (Martin) Roush. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Vietnam era.
On April 2, 1966, he married Gloria A. (Lindemuth) Roush. She survives.
He retired from the Reynoldsville Casket Company after many years of service. He enjoyed sports, hunting, fishing and riding his four-wheeler on his property. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by two sons, William D. Roush Jr. of Falls Creek and Homer S. Roush and his wife, Susan of Reynoldsville; four sisters; and three grandchildren, Zachary, Emily and Alexandria Roush.
Friends will be received from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Lutcher and Pastor Kevin Bockus officiating.
Full military honors will be accorded from the funeral home by the members of the DuBois Area Honor Guard.
Burial will be in Beechwoods Cemetery.
