Anna Neidrick, 88, of Drifting died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013 at the Holidaysburg Veterans Home, Holidaysburg.
Born Sept. 26, 1925 in Pine Glen, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mettie Cole McCullough.
Mrs. Neidrick was a member of the Lanse Free Evangelical Church, Lanse. She was a registered nurse for Snow Shoe Home Health until her retirement.
She was married to George Neidrick Sr. on June 19, 1948 in Forest. He preceded her in death on May 14, 1999.
Mrs. Neidrick is survived by one daughter, Karen S. Butterworth of Palmetto, Fla.; two sons, George T. Neidrick of Drifting and Roger W. Neidrick and his wife, Regina of Chambersburg; five grandchildren, Nicole, Bradley, Scott, Katelyn and John; and two great-grandchildren, Douglas and Jacob.
She’s also survived by one sister, Betty Zwisle and one brother, Frank McCullough.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Edward James; one grandson, Thomas; three sisters, Anita Dorothy, Janie and Olive June “Gee;” and four brothers, Edward, Arthur, John and Robert.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday at the Lanse Free Evangelical Church, Lanse, with the Pastor Matt Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends will be received 11 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday at the church.
