COOPER TOWNSHIP – Patricia Dunzik, 65, of Morrisdale was jailed Monday after an incident of simple assault and reckless endangerment, reported the state police at Clearfield.
Further, the first victim was cutting down lumber on the property of the second victim. The property is located in the area of Sylvan Grove Road in Cooper Township, state police said.
While the victim was cutting lumber, Dunzik allegedly walked up with a hunting rifle. She started to yell and ordered him to stop cutting and for him to leave the property.
During the incident, Dunzik was allegedly pointing the rifle in the direction of the first victim and moving it from side-to-side. She also allegedly resisted state police at the time of her arrest.
