CLEARFIELD – PennDOT advises drivers that Interstate 80 is open to traffic in both directions in Clearfield County. The roadway was closed for a period of time this morning due to winter weather conditions.
PennDOT reminds drivers to use caution as they travel this winter and always buckle up.
