Police Report: Clearfield PSP

Moderate injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident that occurred Thursday on the Clearfield – Woodland Highway in Bradford Township. Carrie Jo M. Myers, 25, of Morrisdale was traveling west when she fell asleep and traveled onto the south berm. There, she struck a ditch. She was transported to the Clearfield Hospital by ambulance for medical treatment. Myers was cited for careless driving.
An incident of simple assault occurred Wednesday on Deer Creek Road in Morris Township. During the incident, a 17-year-old Morrisdale boy met the victim in the cemetery and engaged in a physical altercation. The victim was then transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
