Police Report: DuBois City

The investigation is continuing into a hit-and-run accident that occurred Tuesday in the 100 block of West Weber Avenue. Upon arrival police found that a parked Jeep Cherokee was struck by another vehicle. Witnesses told police that the suspect vehicle was a green-colored, full-sized pick-up truck.
On Tuesday, state police took Mitchell Pisarcik into custody. DuBois City police had active warrants for his arrest, and he was turned over to officers. He was arraigned and then lodged at the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of 10,000 bail.
The investigation is continuing into a theft incident that occurred Sept. 23. The victim told police that her clothes had been stolen from a residence, where she’d been staying at in the 400 block of Pifer Street.
