Moderate injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident that occurred Sunday on Coal Hill Road in Brady Township. Curtis W. Miller, 24, of DuBois was traveling northbound and negotiating a right-hand curve when his vehicle slid across the southbound lane. Then, it spun 180 degrees and struck an embankment, traveled off the embankment and struck it again. Miller was transported to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment. He was cited for the accident.
No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident Sunday on the DuBois – Rockton Road in Brady Township. Lois S. Thompson, 77, of DuBois was traveling northbound when a deer ran in front of her vehicle from the east berm. Thompson subsequently struck the deer in the northbound lane.
