Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of simple assault occurred Saturday at a Chevrolet Dealership in Chester Hill Borough. During the incident, two juveniles engaged in a physical altercation; the incident remains under investigation at this time.
An incident of DUI occurred Sunday at the intersection of Wallaceton and Myers roads in Morrisdale. During the incident, state police stopped a vehicle operated by a 37-year-old West Decatur woman and found her to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges will be filed through the district court.
An incident of theft by unlawful taking occurred Sunday on 14^th Street in Madera. During the incident, a 22-year-old Houtzdale man illegally entered the victim’s property and stole scrap metal with an approximate value of $200. He was apprehended and processed at the state police barracks in Woodland. He’ll be charged through the district court.
