Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Monday on McKean Street in Unionville Borough. During the incident, an 18-year-old man and the victim allegedly engaged in a verbal dispute when he grabbed her and shoved her down onto the street. The victim wasn’t injured. The man was charged with harassment through the district court.
