Alta F. Albert, 88, of Morrisdale died Sunday Sept. 22, 2013 at her home. She was born Oct. 12, 1924 in Pine Glen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Bernice (Muhallon) Viehdorfer; her husband, Frank W. Albert; her daughter, Doris E. Myers; her brothers, Lee, Merrill, Max, Norman, Hugh, Stanley and Loren Viehdorfer; and her sisters, Vera Sheets, Edna Mitchell, Alma Viehdorfer and Inez Viehdorfer.
She’s survived by her sister, Anna McCloskey of Clarence; her step-daughter, Anna Mae Pezzulla of Morrisdale; her daughter, Cheryl Wight of Hawk Run; her grandchildren, Jamie Condon of Winburne, Dan Graham of Clearfield and Aaron Graham of Morrisdale; and her great-grandchildren, Ciara Condon and Alexis Condon, both of Winburne.
A memorial is scheduled from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Oct. 26 at the Clearfield Masonic Lodge, 6352 Clearfield Woodland Hwy., Clearfield (located near the Lock Haven campus). The Rev. William R. Fowler will conduct a service beginning at 11 a.m.
A luncheon will immediately follow and a covered dish is welcome. Anyone desiring to send flowers may send them to the Masonic Lodge on Oct. 26.
