HUSTON TOWNSHIP – A Port Matilda man, Andrew Timothy Tressler, was flown with severe injuries after a single-vehicle accident Saturday on Silverdale Road in Huston Township, reported the state police at Philipsburg.
Tressler failed to negotiate a left-hand curve in the roadway and lost control of his truck. After that, it traveled off the roadway into a ditch and struck a tree on its driver’s side. Tressler sustained severe injuries and wasn’t wearing his seat belt. His passenger only sustained minor injuries, state police said.
Charges are pending the completion of the investigation, state police said.
