Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

The investigation is continuing into an all-terrain vehicle accident that occurred in the area of Casanova Road in Rush Township. Through investigation state police have determined that someone who was operating a Polaris RZR 900 assisted the ATV operator in fleeing the scene of the accident. Additionally, state police have determined that the operator of the Polaris had unlawfully obtained the side-by-side and related he’d taken it from a wooded area of property near the scene of the ATV accident.
