An incident of harassment and criminal mischief occurred Thursday on the Tyrone Pike in Taylor Township. During the incident, a 53-year-old Tyrone man engaged in a verbal altercation with the victim. The victim told police that it turned physical when the man shoved her and punched her in the head. Additionally, the victim told police her glasses had been damaged, as she’d fallen to the ground. Charges will be filed against the man through the district court.
An incident of harassment occurred Tuesday on East Pine Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a 52-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man got into a verbal altercation. The woman told police that it turned physical when he shoved her. However, charges weren’t filed after the woman requested police to close the investigation.Â
