Police Report: Clearfield PSP

No injuries were reported after a single-vehicle accident Friday at the intersection of the Clearfield – Woodland Highway and Indian Mill Lane in Bradford Township. Theresa Martha, 83, of Philipsburg was entering into a construction zone and became distracted as a result. She didn’t notice the construction zone and the flagman with the stop sign. Martha struck the temporary construction barrier cones before coming to a stop in the construction zone. She wasn’t injured in the mishap, and her vehicle was driven from the scene.
An incident of theft from a motor vehicle occurred Monday at the Bigler Minit Mart in Bradford Township. The victim told police that someone removed her purse and its contents from her vehicle while she was inside the store.
