James Cummings, 57, of Grampian died Monday, Aug. 26, 2013 at UPMC Altoona.
He was born July 5, 1956 in Detroit, MI, a son of Sally (Walsh) Cummings of Grampian and the late Francis Cummings.
He was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, Grampian.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three brothers and a sister, Chris Cummings and his wife, Kathy of Bells Landing, Dan Cummings and his wife, Alexa and Colleen Cummings and her fiancé, Mick Ramsey, both of Grampian and Frank Cummings and his lifetime partner, Lance Spencer of Sarasota, Fla.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Cummings.
Friends will be received from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville. A service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Fr. Mark J. Mastrian officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 461 Main St., Grampian, PA 16838.
