Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Friday at an Ammerman Road residence in Union Township. During the incident, a 45-year-old Mill Hall man allegedly directed a threat toward the victim over the phone. The victim declined any prosecution in the case.
A hit-and-run accident occurred Friday on South Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. One vehicle was traveling northbound just north of its intersection with Hickory Street. It was on the opposite side of the roadway and impacted the left, rear door and quarter panel of a parked Chevrolet Trailblazer. The vehicle then fled the scene. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
