An incident of retail theft occurred Thursday at the Dollar General Store in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a 17-year-old Osceola Mills girl allegedly removed a bottle of perfume from its packaging and put it under her shirt. The girl then fled the scene with the perfume valued at $4.77. Charges have been filed through the district court.
On Saturday a wallet was found in the Philipsburg-Osceola football field parking lot. The owner, Justin Berry, of St. Charles, IL can claim the wallet by calling the state police at Philipsburg at 814-342-3370.
On Sunday a 14-year-old Osceola Mills boy allegedly threw a cup out of a vehicle on North Front Street between Laurel and Presqueisle streets in Philipsburg Borough. Charges have been filed through the district court.
