Police Report: Lawrence Township

A traffic violation occurred on state Route 879.
Police responded to an area business for a child who was reportedly out of control. Upon arrival police found the child had a mental health disorder, and he was released to his guardian.
Police responded to a public safety check for hazardous materials.
Police checked on the welfare of a juvenile male who was in the area of the railroad bridge on River Road.
An all-terrain vehicle accident occurred on private property.
An alleged protection from abuse violation was reported to police. As a result of the investigation, criminal charges will be filed against a Clearfield woman for indirect criminal attempt.
Police were notified about a recovered purse along U.S. Route 322. The owner can claim the purse by providing a description of it.
A suspicious vehicle was reported on Lincoln Avenue in Hyde.
A burning complaint occurred along Clarendon Avenue.
While on patrol, police found a male who was inside a vehicle on Washington Avenue. The male was under the influence and will be cited for public intoxication.
An incident of loitering and prowling at nighttime occurred along the 1400 block of Joseph Road.
