Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of public drunkenness occurred Sunday along Skyline Drive in Fox Township. As a result, a 23-year-old Kersey man was cited after being found on the roadway and unable to walk. The man was highly intoxicated, and charges were filed through the district court.
