Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of theft/access device fraud occurred Thursday in Rush and Decatur townships. The victim told state police that her bank card was stolen from her purse while she was at work at Windy Hill Village. A known suspect allegedly used it at the Sunoco Gas Station, County Market and Tracy’s Tanning. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
