Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Monday on South Centre Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, two Philipsburg men became involved in an altercation. The victim was struck in the face, leaving a knot above his left eye. Charges were filed through the district court.
An incident of access device fraud occurred July 14 in Halfmoon Township. Someone obtained the victim’s debit card account and pin numbers. This information was then used to make a withdrawal in Las Vegas, NV. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
