Russell L. Morris, 62, of DuBois died Thursday, July 25, 2013 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.
Born Sep. 21, 1950, he was the son of the late Joseph and Ruth (Palmer) Morris.
On Oct. 5, 1970, he married Rochelle A. (Page) Morris. She survives. He had worked at Motion Control in Ridgway for many years.
He was a member of the Brockway Church of God. He enjoyed sitting on his front porch and spending time with his grandkids.
He’s survived by three children, Billie Jo Morris, Russell L. Morris Jr. and Michael S. Morris and his wife, Melissa, all of DuBois; three siblings, James Thomas of DuBois, Cheryl Smith of Weedville and Mitchell Morris of Lancaster and five grandchildren, Steven, Breanna, Alexia, Paige and Haley.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Krach and a brother, Roderick Morris.
Friends will be received from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Saturday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor David Nagele officiating.
Burial will be in Beechtree Cemetery in Brockway.
