Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Wednesday on Hardscrabble Road in Morris Township. During the incident, a 23-year-old Munson man and a 22-year-old Grassflat man engaged in a verbal argument. The Grassflat man allegedly started to shove and choke the Munson man and then proceeded to strike him about three times. The Munson man then allegedly punched the Grassflat man in the mouth and left eye area. Charges will be filed against both men through the district court.
