Thomas Neil Yontosh, 55, of Clearfield died Friday, July 5, 2013 at the Alleghany General Hospital, Pittsburgh, after he’d suffered from a heart attack.
Born Jan. 23, 1958 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late George J. and Clara Mae Gibloski Yontosh. He was affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church.
He was a graduate of the West Branch High School and Long Beach State College in California, where he earned an Associate’s degree in the arts. He’d been employed at the former Jostens Publication Company, State College.
He’s survived by four brothers, Donald P. Yontosh Sr. and his wife, Carol of Morrisdale, Richard G. Yontosh and his wife, Catherine of Philipsburg, Gary L. Yontosh of Fresno, Calif. and George J. Yontosh Jr. and his wife, Kimberly of Raleigh, NC; an aunt, June Yontosh of San Clemente, Calif.; an uncle, Ronald Lengen and his wife, Barbara of Fairlawn, NJ; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private graveside service will be held at the discretion of the family with the Deacon Denis Socash officiating. Burial will be in the St. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Cemetery, Winburne.
There will be no public visitation.
