Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of disorderly conduct occurred Thursday on South Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, two women allegedly encountered the victim and verbally abused her. The incident occurred at Heritage Days. Both women are being charged through the district court.
An incident of harassment occurred Thursday on North Front Street in Philipsburg Borough. During Heritage Days, the victim was seated on the curb listening to entertainment when a 52-year-old Osceola Mills man allegedly maneuvered his wheelchair behind him and tapped the victim on the lower back with his foot. He allegedly declined a request to desist and repeated his actions. The man is being cited for harassment through the district court.
