Police Report: Clearfield Borough

A 6-year-old boy was reportedly observed running down the street in his underwear in the area of Park Avenue and Milford Street. Police took the boy into protective custody, and he was placed with Clearfield County Children and Youth Services. Charges for endangering the welfare of children and drug law violations are pending against the boy’s parents.
Lawrence Township police were assisted with a retail theft incident at Wal-Mart.
