Penn State student and wrestler finishes first in ROTC fitness test

Matthew W. Brown, a starting member of the wrestling squad and a crime, law and justice major in Penn State’s College of the Liberal Arts, finished first overall in the 12th Regiment Army physical fitness test (APFT) held July 7 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.
