STATE COLLEGE – Summer-long lane restrictions on northbound Interstate 99 from the Innovation Park interchange to the Route 150 interchange will be lifted for the July 4 holiday and weekend.
The lane restrictions, which have been in place since May, will be lifted late today through Sunday.
PennDOT reminds drivers to proceed through all work zones with caution, obey posted speed limits and always buckle up.
