BIGLER TOWNSHIP – A 31-year-old Madera woman has been accused of stealing $5,184 from the Girl Scouts of Chambersburg, according to the state police at Clearfield.
The woman, who was a pack leader, allegedly wrote personal checks to herself. She also allegedly made personal withdrawals from the Girl Scouts bank account on different dates between Oct. 1, 2012 and May 1 of this year.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
