At the same time, Nathan K. Weber, 23, of Rockton was traveling westbound and negotiating a right-hand curve in the roadway. The tractor-trailer traveled into the path of Weber’s vehicle to pass an Amish buggy. Weber traveled off the north berm to miss the tractor-trailer and wrecked. The tractor-trailer continued traveling westbound and fled the scene. The tractor was red in color and had a silver-colored coal bucket trailer. Anyone with information regarding the accident is asked to contact the DuBois-based state police at 814-371-4652.
