No injuries were reported after a three-vehicle accident Tuesday on the Philipsburg-Bigler Highway in Bradford Township. The accident occurred while traffic was stopped for a Hazmat tanker truck in the eastbound lane near the railroad tracks. At that time, Bruce P. Raab, 32, of Houtzdale started to move forward and a vehicle driven by David L. Duke, 62, of Clearfield was still stopped. In addition, a vehicle driven by Lynnanne M. Ochenduszko, 18, of Osceola Mills was approaching the Raab and Duke vehicles from behind. Ochenduszko failed to observe that the Duke vehicle was stopped ahead of her. She subsequently rear-ended the Duke vehicle, which caused it to rear-end that driven by Raab. All three units stopped in the eastbound lane near the point of impact. Ochenduszko was cited for the accident. State police were assisted by the Bigler-Jackson-Woodland Fire Department and towing services.
