Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of harassment occurred Tuesday at an East Presqueisle Street residence in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a 51-year-old Philipsburg man and a 48-year-old Birdsboro woman engaged in a verbal altercation, which after several minutes turned physical. Charges were filed through the district court.
